Default Patapsco Warning

Was out today, managed 3dz nice crabs, with 15 traps. Anyone heading up into the Patapsco be warned, major debris fields heading out with tide. Large logs and pilings, many 5-15ft. Could only get up 5kts crossing from Ft. Armistead, to mouth of Bear Creek. It was horrible, at times, only option was to go into neutral, and push stuff aside.

Super high tide picks up trash off the banks and puts it back in the water. We need a nice wind to blow it back ashore

Snuck over to Mikes tonight with some out of town guests and noticed there was a lot of crap in the bay and Patapsco. Fortunately made it there and back without any issues.

PS- they were talking about only being open on weekends until Nov 2 as it has been slow during the week (that means fri, sat, and sun only). Deck bar will stay open til Nov 2 as well if weather permits. Last day for them before closing for winter
