The statue
You know the saying "some days your the statue and some days your the pigeon". Well Sunday I was the statue. Got a later start then expected due to one of the crews alarm clock not being set. Almost left him behind but was reminded by another crew member that he was bringing the food. Soooo finally at 0900 we pulled from the dock and were greeted by near perfect conditions. Get her up on plane just to realize someone left a soda in a cup without a lid on the dash and soda goes everywhere including the electronics screen. Cleaned the mess up and across the bay we go. Trolled all day without one knock down except for jellies, even at 3 1/2 bars back! Normally doesn't bother me but had people around me catching and that does bother me. Needless to say nada all day so headed in around 6 with tail between my legs. Sunday I was the statue.
By the way Marty everyone at Shipley's were asking about you and I let them know that except for opening day you've been having a decent season. We are anxiously awaiting your return.
