What to get the wife for XMas

I've been thinking a lot about XMas lately and how to spread the joy and good tidings of the holiday season to my wife. I came across this exercise equipment/gift idea watching TV and wanted to see if you guys would buy this for your wife or girlfriend? One year I got my wife a case of motor oil (she drove a '88 minivan at the time that burned lots of oil) for our anniversary. I can tell you from experience, it's not a great gift.
