Haven't had any great days but have managed to scratch out a few fish each trip. Today I fished with friends this morning and got skunked (prolly because we were on a Parker
). This afternoon we caught a 38" and a 37" on my boat near the LP Buoy.
Yesterday we ran further south and fished BPL. Got 4 fish, a few knockdowns, and a 32' for the box.
WeD afternoon- off BPL. storm chased us off but found two slot fish before running for home.
Monday morning- caught 2 fish off bloody point.
Mostly board rods catching. Running lines short 3-5 bars back. It's been a tough season but it makes the ones you catch a lot more appreciated! (Even if they have to go back into the pool).
