That thought actually crossed my mind as I have done some in-depth research too. Good call!!
My wife says we don't do enough together so this morning I got her up at 7 am and had her come with me in 27 degree temps to take Goof-Off and remove the boats old name from the life ring, life float, paddles and 22 PFDs and then re-stencil the new name on in preps for the USCG inspection Thursday.
