Turkey Point may have some available. You may also want to check with Baldzilla, he was exiled from his last marina and he had a lift that was cheap.

Doubling the fee was half of it. The other half was the way the owner sprung it on him. If I remember correctly; he saw the guy often at the marina and he never mentioned that he was considering a large increase in his slip fee. I think he was looking for a bit more communication.

The marina owner wanted more money and did not communicate his position. Translation- he did not have the nuts to tell Mark face to face. But a guy with a name like Baldzilla and a shark avatar is a little scary.
