Default 8/12 Love to Swann point

Finally able to break away from hectic work schedule for a evening trip. Left dock around 3:30 and lines in around 4:15. Trolled a assortment of buck tails, hoses and tsunamis. Did not mark much of anything trolling between the points and although had quite a few tails bit off did not come tight with anything. Moved down around chumming fleet and didn't see much going on there either. Just before sunset headed back to western side and drifted half live peelers (at least they were alive before being split in half) and tied into some really nice catfish. Kept a couple for me to eat and a couple for the crabs in the live box and pots to eat. Speaking of crabs they seen to have really come on strong in the bodkin. Caught about a half bushel of really nice jimmies Saturday trot lining and since Saturday have caught dozen and a half of nice jimmies in the pots on the pier. All in all it was a nice evening out on the water.
