Default North of the Bridge 3-23-2012

We went out from around noon to 5pm today, leaving from Bodkin Creek.

Made a stop to cast at some small, scattered breaking fish. No takers. Oh well.

Put 4 rods out and trolled southwest to start, then making crosses back and forth across the channel. Had one nice fish run off with the port side line; can't remember which lure it hit.

And that was it for bites.

We went as far south as maybe 1/2 mile north of the bridge before our nemesis, "Time" started to rear its ugly face. We marked a fair amount of bait all through the different depths....from near surface down to about 55'. The water was DEAD FLAT today, and low tide seemed to last all day.

Wish I had more, or better things to tell you, but it seems the great steel barrier is holding them south still.
