Got a late start today since it was "supposed" to blow today. Hit the water about 1 and trolled until 5:45 with 1 knockdown Didn't see a lot of bait or fish. Started at the southernmost ship and trolled south; Ended up at almost 84. Saw 1 fish caught, not a ton of boats out surprisingly. Spoke to bhl who had the same luck today that I did. Water temp was up and saw no snot.
Going again in the morning with the hope- "it must be a morning bite".
Jeff the fish will be waiting for you in the am... out of QA marina ?

I know of a couple Deale charter boats that went out for a shakedown run and came back with mixed results including getting skunked.
Thanks Tawn, now I can at least say I kept up with a few of the charter captains. I tied some professional fishermen!! Man that does sound a LOT better.
