Beachwood Park Fishing Report

Monday march 8 at beachwood park 9am ice was over all of the water,11am ice was gone and the fish bite was on until 1:30 and then it drop off.White perch were from 8" to about 12"and grass shrimp were the bait,yellow perch were from 91/2" to about 11" and minnows were the bait.I my or my not make it there tomorrow.The tide was around 1pm today and tomorrow high tide will be around 2pm.So if you go there tomorrow catch alot of nice fish and meet some new freinds............woody

I drove by there last week and there were maybe 7 or 8 trucks parked there. I didn't walk back to the water though.

That's a pretty good day of fishing there bro.

I went to beachwood park today tuesday 9 and got there around 11:30am and stayed until 4pm.The winds were blowing in the cove and I had talk to the fishermen and they said the bite was real real slow,how slow well I had 3 fish in 41/2 hours now that's slow.I'm hopeing when I had left the bite turn on because there was alot of fishermen showing up. If you are looking for that 1/64oz jig they are using at beachwood,WARREN'S BAIT BOX has them and great grass shrimp.I'm not going back there until friday so good luck and god bless................woody
