Default End of the MD Bay season

End of the Maryland Bay season was very good for us. I ran a number of trips down south this fall and only had 2 tougher trips, both we came home with some fish. The rest were pretty good with a lot of fun on light tackle. The two tougher ones did come in the last 2 weeks and I think were driven by cold fronts.

I was a bit lazy this fall and did not troll for big fish because my parties seem to want light tackle with me and dont have my trolling gear rigged up. (I guess if they are going to troll they will higher a bigger boat with a heated cabin this time of year.) However I hope to re-tie my trolling gear over the weekend and may make a couple OCMD runs soon. Reports are that the bite is heating up there. Lets hope it holds despite the coming drop in temps.

Here are a couple of videos and photos of the last 2 weeks
