Default Thursday upper bay

Met my friend at the dock at 7:00am and headed out in the fog. Headed for the eastern shore to find birds and we were not disapointed. The fog started to lift and we found birds at the east end of the Brewerton and managed one 22" fish and a bunch of smaller fish. We made a decision to run south to the mouth of the Chester before we lost the outgoing tide and we found bait and fish on the channel edges. Put out a spread of 2 umbrellas with bucktails and 2 stormbrellas and 2 #15 tonys. we got our 3 fish up to 22" in abot 30 minutes on the umbrellas and stormbrellas, nothing on the tonys. We didn't catch any dinks while trolling. Left there to go jigging for perch but couldn't get them to bite the jigs and we lost the current. Ended up at Dock of the Bay for a burger and a beer
