Marty we haven't seen ANY bird activity north of the bridge all year. And trust me, we spent plenty of time looking for them.

If I recall, last year we started seeing a lot more birds in mid Oct all the way into December.

North of the bridge has been mostly a bust this year, except for one or two spots in the evening that have brought us dozens and dozens of 18 to 29 inch fish. Very few Blues though. Which I guess is ok since last year they ate about 40 pounds of my soft plastic tails.
