Default Enuff BS...How bout a fishing report ! 11/14

Fished from Deale today on my friend Steve W's boat "Moe" a Judge 32. Also along was Jerry (swartj).
Due to SteveW having a commitment last nite we didnt get started until 1000am.
WX was fine, a little choppy but easily fishable. Not many boats out today, saw a couple charters, a couple Parkers and no Gradys....guess it was too rough.

It was a slow bite today....all the bait and fish were down deep, hugging the bottom in 40-60 feet of water.
We picked up a 31" off a Chart UMB 8 bars 20oz 60 ft depth.
A while later got a 24 on a white UB deep in 42 ft.
A long time and then a 24" on the same UB as first fish, 47ft.
We basically trolled from Deale to R82 and back to the Radar towers, worked various depths and birds....there's some gannetts around and big blackback gulls but no real action from birds today....mostly they were gliding and hunting for scraps.
I did notice later in the day that the bait seemed to be "balling up" and rising higher in the water column.....maybe the sun tomorrow will get fish up higher too.
Not a great catchin day but about what we expected after a 3 day blow.
Hopefully better tomorrow.

PS - lots of seaweed and sticks today, have to check and clear lines frequently.....also some larger debris...we brought a sizeable log on board after it entangled the planer board lines....be careful out there the next few days.

Thanks Steve; I thought there might be a lot of junk floating out there after the high tides. I hope we don't have to deal with muddy water above the bridge as well. 5th (Marty)
