Default Fishing Report MSSA weekend

I fished two days with a GREAT crew. I had Drichitt, Spynet00, Reeltor and his son, and my son. We had a tough go at it all weekend. We fished out of Solomons Sat and SPSP on Sunday. Both days started well with a few fish right at sun up and then the bite died with only a few other fish caught all day. I think we had 7 fish Sat and only 5 fish on Sunday. Our biggest was a mere 26lbs. I didnt take any photos but maybe Reeltor has a couple of the weekend. It was pretty frustrating to say the least.

Sorry you didn't slay them Greg. I think it was a tough bite out there for most. The guys I heard about that did well were able to find a few fish and keep circling on them HARD until they moved on.

Greg - We threw everything in the box at them and heard all up and down the bay had been tough for everyone; fishing this past week was good so where did the fish go? We gave it our best. I really had a great time fishing both days with you, Paul and Dave. My first time fishing with Dave; great fisherman. Hey guys, Dave has started making his own lures and they are some nice looking lures for sure. Look out Ida Mae and Capt Buckner, new kid on the block. Greg and Paul know their stuff for sure but my guess is the fish this week-end were shell shocked by too many boats. I learned a bunch this week-end and had a great ride on that Judge. Thanks again...Don

Greg; nice crew with the two boys. Sorry you didn't get any money fish; but a good experience for the youngsters. We were doing well with light lures off the boards the week before the tournament. Same boat with same captain (Alan; justchillin) entered the tournament and caught all his fish off deep rods. At least you got to ride around the bay in a Judge. See you all next week on the water; this cold of mine is just about gone. 5th (Marty)

Default Fun weekend

Really enjoyed the weekend guys. We did a good job working as a team ...too bad the fish didn't cooperate Thought Sunday was going to be good after we boated two nice fish quickly. Greg, thanks for allowing Drew to be part of the crew. He really enjoyed himself

Paul, I was disappointed in how we did during the tournament. Thanks for the shots and videos of the kids to remind me that it was all worth while

Drew is welcome on the boat anytime. I think him and Brennan had a good time together despite much of the day being slow. He never complained and always had a smile going.
