Well that's one disgusting way to prevent people from harvesting fish for a little while- marinate them in sewer!

I can't stand this for a whole lotta reasons!

If there can be a good side to a spill - at least water is still cold.

The sewage treatment plant in Laurel finally got back up generators with good sized diesel tanks. That plant over flowed more then once due to power outages.
