Thumbs up Day 2 05.23

We left Walkersville this morning in a driving rain storm but by the time we got to Sandy Point it had slowed up. I had the same crew as yesterday Uncle Phill and Ray. After we put the boat on the water we headed for the Eastern Shore to see if the fish where still at the same spot as yesterday. Well as soon as I pulled up the fish finder light up and we pulled 2 keepers off of them. The tide was ripping this morning and when I went to get back on the fish they were gone. We rode around for about ½ hour and then they showed up and so did Mr. Kimbro. I think Shawn is a fish magnet because for the next hour and half we bailed the fish up to 29”. We did not get any over 30 today but I know that Shawn had 1 or 2. We caught a lot of fat fish today and boy did they put up a nice fight. We caught over 50 fish today and a lot of them where in the 22 to 26" range. I hope to get back out this coming Friday and Saturday. You gotta love LTJ that’s for sure...

Nice to hear you and Shawn were on the fish again today. Can't wait til I get to go out on the water again.
