  1. Quitcher Bitchin'
  2. Tell that marina owner to kiss your ass
  3. Slap some bottom paint on your boat
  4. Get a wet slip a little further south
  5. Live happily ever after

I bet you the guy met with his accountant who told him he was losing his ass at the rates he was charging and that he had to jack up the rates to make up for years of being too stupid to know how to run a business. I see it all the time with vendors and the tell-tale sign is an unwarranted, out-of-line price increase. One time, we had this really stupid, fugly uniform sales guy who...........never mind.

I guess he was just trying to clean the place up. That skunk smell must have been hurting the business.

The Dena is getting out of control Take it as a good omen move closer to the areas you normally fish. Bottom paint isn’t too bad. You will only loose a few miles an hour on speed. I would advise against the pink color you were looking at it might give the wrong impression.

I have been looking at the Marina off of Mountain Rd near Fish Bones? Not a bad run to the bridge and slightly south.

Good luck in finding a new home.....

If the one off of mountain road you are talking about is Ventnor Marina...I would definetly give it a thumbs up...Thats where I keep mine...

Good mix of services, fuel, near fishbones, easy run to bridge...about 3 or so miles to main channel...Near 7', 6', Belvedere, Snake, easy runs to both bridges...Clear path straight to Rock Hall and the Chester....

There are more glitzy marinas, less expensive marinas, etc...But Ventnor s just a good marina for a decent price...Good place...
