That does seem odd about the high water level on BR. It was just the opposite in the patapsco in the afternoon. It was very low but extremely clear. 1st time I ever saw the bottom at my slip in 5' of water.

Probably a good choice not heading into the patapsco early. Saw reports of about 50 boats trolling in there. Glad I didnt go out till afternoon. But I also didnt catch anything till I pulled in the trolling gear at 5:30 and tried a little topwater amongst some working birds.
