Default Boat Electronics/Network Guy

Hey Guys, I know it's not about the capitals, or anything good like that, more fishing/boat related, sorry

I need someone, preferably mobile, to troubleshoot my ethernet network/RADAR. It was working fine, then on my trip down to flag harbor it just stopped. I unplugged all the connections at the box and re plugged them in, and it started to work. Then I notied the other day out in dark it wasn't working again. I tried the same thing, but this time it didn't work. Sooooooo, I figured you guys might know someone, reliable and affordable, and possibly mobile that could look at it and troubleshoot.
Thanks
Mark

This maybe what Marty sent you, but just in case. Try Craig White of Chesapeake Installers. He is excellent, but only doing it part time. He installed all of my electronics and was very helpful. His phone number is410-570-7355. If for some reason this is wrong, let me know and I will check my boat file tomorrow at my office.

Now we can get back to something much more important than you running aground or getting lost in a fog bank ????

Ed Miller is mobile and does marine electronics.

Often with a 12 volt system - a dirty ground is the culprit. Never hurts to remove and clean the connections. Some times - that will fix the problem.
