Just shows you what a small strong unified contingent of people (Waterman's association) can accomplish.

VS

A large group of rec's that argue among themselves about whether trolling is worse than jigging, whether fishing for pre-spawn females is a cardinal sin, or whether "length" of planner board line is a big deal.



Don't look at the waterman and wave a finger; look in the mirror and ask why "we" (rec's) don't have the bigger voice
