The DC Metro MSSA chapter will meet Wednesday November 3 @ 7:30pm. Skip Zinck, (27Sailfish), Avid angler, Dedicated supporter of Wish-A-Fish, Lover of Chocolate Donuts, and friend of the MSSA will be our guest speaker. Skip will be sharing his knowledge on the topic of Locating and Fishing for Big Fall Rockfish in the bay. This presentation will be of great value to all anglers, especially those entered in the MSSA Fall Rockfish Tournament Nov 20 & 21. Skip also builds great planer boards (I have been running a set of skips boards for two years). Order your boards from Skip now and he may be able to deliver them to you at the meeting. Fourteen anglers have signed up for our upcoming Sea Bass trip on the Morningstar out of Ocean City, MD Sunday Nov 7 6:30am – 3:30pm. Only six spots remain. As usual at the meeting, we will be sharing fishing reports and tips. We will also be discussing the current trolling bite, top-water casting, and the deep drop fishery offshore. Some beverages and chips will be provided. Door prizes will be fantastic including a great new Trolling Reel, some nice gear and offshore lures!
Don’t miss the meeting, Wednesday November 3, 7:30pm at 4805 Edgemoor lane, Room A, Bethesda, MD 20814. There is plenty of parking, and the meeting room is only a block from the metro.
