So I was watching Versus this morning and they were showing one of the FLW Bass ttournaments.
On the final day, EVERY pro left in the tourney was throwing a lure called the "Alabama Rig."
Funny thing....us Chesapeake area Rockfish guys call them umbrella rigs.
The only difference was that they were loading their rigs up with 5 3" to 4" swimbaits......basically trying to keep the entire rig under 6 ounces since they were casting it hundreds of times each.
It was pretty cool watching them pull in fish from 3 tom 7 pounds, and a few guys had 2 fish on each rig.
