Default 9/18/11 What a difference a week makes...

Caught a few perch tonight, in our Creek...

More of a recon mission than looking to catch fish...

As Spot77 mentioned, the main stems are certainly looking a lot better...Most of the large, boat wrecking trees, logs, etc...are mostly on the shores...A few smaller branches here and there...Not too much submerged...

Better yet, the water in the Creek was a lot more clear...Still only a foot of visibility at best, but better than it has been....

Temps are looking good, water is clearing up, and fish are still biting...might be a really good fall...

Well if the fishing Gods smile upon us, we'll be out this evening to verify that part about the bite still being ON.

I stopped by our beach today at the mouth of the magothy and there was still a ton of large debris floating around and washing up.

Seems like it gets better, then worse, then better, then worse....
