Default Snow/Boat information

Picked up 5th Tuition yesterday from being shrinkwrapped. However; I remember one year when it snowed like this and it wasn't wrapped. I wanted the snow out of the boat, but didn't want to scratch the deck with an aluminum snow shovel. I went to "kidsRus" and bought a childs small plastic shovel and it worked great. Best of luck to all, 5th (Marty)

I was too lazy to cover the boat and now it's full of snow. I might go ahead and scoop it out and cover it. This definitely won't happen again.

I hope PLO is open soon, I really want to get out this week. Might try Piney Point, that ramp is small enough to shovel myself...

The snow that fell here was so light that I was able to remove most of the 23" that fell on the Dangerous with a back pack snow blower. Ill get the rest with a plastic shovel later this week.

I dug Conjuror out today...completely full in the cockpit and then some. Not as much up top and on the bow where the wind blew some of it off. Used a kids' snow shovel in the cockpit so it wouldn't scratch anything..and a broom on the bow. Luckily the snow was fairly dry. A heck of a lot of work though. Between that and the driveway I may not move for a few days!
