Well apparently, Prius has a PUSh START, and you have to hold the push button for a whole three seconds to shut it off.. I'm telling you, this guy has a vendetta and is full of crap..

Possibly the onboard computer wouldn't let him turn it off or put it in neutral.......More Toyota's in the news this morning with similar problems......
