Thumbs up Great customer service from Furuno

I have the Furuno 600L color FF and it is 6 years old. I started to get moisture behind the screen and I called Furuno and told them about my problem. I talked to a guy named Larry from the service department and he said there is nothing I can do to get the moisture out and to send it back to them. I told him that the unit is 6 years old and about how much will it cost to get this fixed and all he kept tell me was to send it to him and he would take care of it. Well I sent the unit back to them the week before Xmas and I got it back last week and they replaced the bezel/assy with a new "CV" version, not sure what that is but it looks like a new screen and they shipped it back to me at no cost. I can tell you that if I ever need another FF unit you can be assure I’ll get another Furuno.

I really like my Garmin package but Furuno is still top dog. I only went Garmin due to price. Glad to hear the top dog has top rated service to boot.

Default Garmin and Furuno

Good service from both companies for me. I spoke with Larry at length one day, nice guy and pretty close by considering.

Furuno is one a lot of serious fishing boats for a reason.

Great hearing how they stand behind their equipment - none of that , Sorry your warranty expired 9 hours ago
