Default Who's Fished the Nanticoke?

Some buddies and I do a couple of camping/fishing trips every year down on the Pocomoke River, and we try to add one new spot about every other year.

I found a campground on the Nanticoke but it's much further south than the freshwater area I normally fish near Marshy Hope off of the Nanticoke.

We Typically fish for freshwater species on these trips, so my question is this: Where on the Nanticoke does the salinity drop enough typically to allow for decent freshwater or brackish fishing? Looking at the map, the campground appears to be due east of Salisbury and maybe 10 miles north of Deale Island.

Anybody familiar with the area?
