Default Oh what a difference a day can make. 4/27

Left Tolchester at 6:30ish and ran to the Severn. Put 15 rods out for 3 quick fish then back to the dock. Well that was the plan anyway. Nothing until noonish when we got 2 fish in less than 10 minutes. 38 & 41" in deep water. Then nothing else until we pulled lines at 3:30 We fished deep, shallows, every direction, fast, slow, you name it. Picked up lots of weeds when I had to hit neutral to allow a piling you bump along my bottom. Then Hit a log running home as well. (Now I know why they refer to it as a DAMN!!!)

Long tough day but went home with 2 nice fish that both looked to be post spawn and the crew was happy. Done fishing for a few days because of a conference so save me a few for when I get back!?!?!!

Many thanks to Jason for trying to help a brother out today!
