Went to the marina tonight to get ready to fish the tourny. Millions of may worms out under the pier lights.... Solomons Area

Perfect.....I needed an excuse for only getting one on the small side last night....

At least the Perch are hear and biting !

We took a skunk on Friday, and are returning on Monday to tee it up again, bloodworms in hand. I like perch better than striper anyway from a culinary standpoint.

That wasn't "On the small side"....that was bait.

Kayaked for about 3 hours yesterday and fished for about 40 minutes in the LMR. Not a single bite.

I was out Friday - 3rd and did notice some fish tight on bottom in 30 feet.

Thought it odd but if May worms are around - might explain it.

Time to put the worm brellas on the down riggers.
