My real worry - all the big Rock taken the last few years are not being accounted for - now. By 2012 - might be far fewer then the two year old info tells them.
Tough to compare people census to a fish count.

I'm sure there is. But what is the big hurry? Why daily?
ASMFC plays the tune that we dance to. So get used to the tune. Trying to change them ain't going to happen.
Ask CCA. Their chapters up north have been screaming for the EEZ to open, It hasn't happen. CCA wanted the minimum sizes changed, it didn't happen and won't.
