Default Fresh bait...

Does anyone know where I can get fresh alewifes? Caught the same day as delivered to the B&T, and in the Balt. area. Thank you, Bob

Try Warren's bait box in Glen Burnie.

Skip is right Anglers has fresh but it is best to call ahead, I was wrong about Warrens Bait in Glen Burnie. I stopped in there last week and Rick at the counter said he kept fresh to go with the frozen chum. I stopped in today to purchase some and had some rude weasel wait on me and tell me his fresh is fresh frozen(wtf)... On top of that he was a real %#$&^head !

I went to Anglers and as always top notch service... Warrens should take lessons or at least fire the weasel that works saturdays!

A well know B&T in the Balt. area said to me when I asked for their fresh bait that all of their bait was frozen but frozen shortly after it was caught. The guy said once it is frozen it doesn't matter how long it is on the shelf. I never went back, Bob
