Default Patapsco question....

Could the reason the Patapsco is so quiet, be because there is so much bait in the main bay, rock have no reason to travel? Normally, I could limit out without going far from Bear Creek. Any thoughts?

I think its the low salinity in the upper bay right now....when the salinity goes down the catfish come out further and the stripers stay south...I have seen that pattern over the years and the last few weeks are following that form.

just my two cents. ...
