One of the guys was writing up a report and sitting on the gunnel, another coastie asked Lou to hit the horn. First guy didn't hear the request, and when the horn went off, he almost jumped out of the boat. Everyone on the Coast Guard boat tried to keep from laughing, we, on the other hand, weren't so successful
