Default Dad's new boat

My dad sold his Judge 27 this past spring and was looking to downsize since he has some health issues he is dealing with, his business is for sale so he can retire, he can tow his grand kids on tubes, and he can fish the back backs of NJ a little easier. It will also allow him to trailer to more places by himself.

He wanted a walk around in the 21-22' range with a single. Well he found his new boat and I think it fits his bill, a Sea Hunt 215 Victory. He wishes it had a hard top but it has all new canvas and he got a good deal. I hope to fish it some this summer for flounder, trigger fish, tog, sea bass, etc.

A friend of mine had the same boat We caught a ton of fish out of that boat. We both bought our boats the same time. I bought the 2001 Angler 22W/A, and he bought the Sea Hunt 21 Victory.

Glad your dad found something he likes.

It wasnt the "smoking gun" boat he was looking for because he would have liked to have hard top. However he got a GREAT deal and it met his criteria of a 21-23' with a single. He is tickled that the boat performed so well with single 4 cylinder 4 stroke. He is going to do some work to it like put some more rod holders, new electronics, and trim tabs on it.

Nice boat!

I've been a happy Sea Hunt owner for 11 years.

If he needs backrest cushions for the rear jump seats someone on THT has a pair for sale.
