Default Patapsco.. 11/23.

Took a 4 1/2 hour boat ride, couldn't shake the smell of skunk. Marked some nice fish, but they had lockjaw. I do believe lack of current was the culprit. I am still not ready to say "Uncle", at least not yet.

Damn it fish!!! What is wrong with you!! Eat Already!!

Hopefully Marty found a few hungry ones down south today.

Water temp dropped below 32* at Tolchester Friday night. Had to break skim ice to get out of the marina Yesterday morning to get my skunk. That's where I'm pointing my "blame" finger.

Put in at SP 12:18 ran south to Thomas Point. Looked for some nice marks, but didn't see any. Saw some birds circling high in the channel and put over 20 rod spread
Fished until 4pm and rapped up everything. Nothing to show for our effort

I couldn't even get excited over the bait I saw. NEVER saw a bunch of fish schooled up.
Wind layer down about two hours before dark

Depressing

I was with Marty and it was tough...

As Lou would say "There are no fish in that damned bay"...

I will say, having a few hours on the water with Marty and Mark was a blast though...

Weather was a perfect 40 degree partly cloudy day.

Hit the Thomas Point area this evening 11/25.
on the water at 3 o'clock after work.
scanned north and south with the binoculars looking for any sign of life but nothing doing.
Put 6 rods out . Two on the down riggers went out to 80' no bait no fish marks nothing doing came back into 40 ' . a little bit more bait but nothing to stay around for . Packed up and got home.
Got binoculars as a birthday gift , Barska Storm 12x60 I was impressed with them.
but not impressed with the lack of activity that they showed.
