Default Too quiet...

Why is this site so quiet, same with Tidalfish? Is it because fishing and crabbing totally suck, or is it because everyone is keeping secrets???

I plan to fish tomorrow afternoon as well. Problem is where to go. I fish the Patapsco pretty regular, the bait is there, so are the small blues. Last 3 trips zero keeper rock fish.

fished south of the target ship in 20'. Trolled spoons on 1's & 2's. kept 80 snappers for the smoker. Not a big class of fish, but lots of fun if you wanna take the kids out.

Bubblehead, I am a regular fishing the Patapsco, things are slow, but I have managed a couple keepers each trip. Spoons are catching small rock, and small blues. Have done better with 4oz bucktails.

Think here - most of us talk to each other so no real need to post unless something really unique.

With TF - sadly many good posters have been chased off by few idiots.

Well hopefully, you guys won't leave me hanging... I have learned a lot from your posts... I can usually find fish, but still have a lot more to learn.

Joe, you and I usually fish the same areas when my boats in the slip
Not much happening north of the bridge. I have been pulling out a couple of keeper rock just west of green #3. Running 1,2,&3 planers with spoons.

No reports from me because I have been hitching rides south of the bridge and not wanting to give out my buddies locations.

Bruce and Jeff normally fish north also. They have been getting some nice bites in our area. Keep a lookout for their reports.

I pulled the boat today to clean the transducers. Wow, were they fouled. I was losing definition when running at speed, but working fine at trolling speed. This is a definite prompt for me to clean them.

Let me know when the Carol Island area gets hot.

Taking a break to get the boat detailed at Judge and get caught up on home things. Besides kids have a lot going on. Will start fishing again regularly in a few weeks. Hopefully the fish will be schooled up outside the rivers and breaking water!
