Default Rod Rack Installed

Finally took a break from getting the big boat ready to install the rod rack on my boat.

It's a seven rod, rod holder with two built in cup holders. Bill Judge's pipe guy built for me and used the same style of rod holders that are on the roof and roof supports so they all match and are spaced based on a Penn 330LD plus a 1/2" of extra wiggle room between them.

I plan to use it for holding the rods while getting everything set up in the morning, while running around and while washing rods at the end of the day, I don't plan to actually fish out of them. They are mounted about 1" below the top of the transom so you can still sit on the transom comfortably.

The pictures didn't turn out too good with the shadows and the last pic is of us working on the Lucky Strike. We are booked about every weekend so it looks like my "fun fishing" days will be limited to the occasional Fridays I take off and afternoon trips after work.
