You are "saving" CB Anglers? Is it going away?

Jeremy, I can;t find the thread, but about a month ago, somebody asked to save CB Angler and post more fishing reports, so I'm just trying to do my part.

That was me. I got so tired of looking at the board and not seeing something new. I started posting just about anything to at least give people something to read (as long as it was fishing or boating related).

It appears that people responded and we have seen more fishing reports. You don't need to burn your spot, but even when general information is posted, it encourages others to splash their boats and try to duplicate your actions.

I'm not affiliated with cbangler; I just enjoy reading what everyone is doing, and I'm glad to see you having a successful year.

We have a very good group of talented fishermen on this board. Very few novices, most are seasoned fishermen. Your opinions, suggestions, and actions carry a lot of weight.

Keep up the good work; the board has been better.

p.s. I am sorry the "hot chicks" thread died (or was discouraged); sometimes it was better than a good fishing report.

Well B at least you got a few in the boat and you got the same intel as I did about that area. Lets see how the Thursday report goes he's not fishing Wednesday. Thanks for sharing your trip and I bet it was a nice boat ride...

Default Nice Going

Appreciate the honesty but as was said didn't need to tell exactly where. I did a trip on Friday, I come out of the Casa Rio which is on Cadle Creek out of the Rhode/West down to just before the CPNPP and looked N & S in and out and saw lots of LY ( I had a feeling I should head back towards the towers) but headed over to the false channel, then to the SRock and saw what looked like good drum marks but no bites then headed up the E shore and finally into the EB almost back to Parsons with neary a bite jigging all the way.Saw a tremendous amount of bait all over!!
Had to get the skunk off the boat by stopping at #1 WR and snatching a few croakers just before dark. I am sure I put at least 60 miles and saw only once a couple small fish working in the EB but they vanished in less than a minute. Hoping but expecting much better things in the next few weeks, i don't do logs but I am pretty sure there has been similar lulls in the action with the change of weather in the last 5 years. Johnny O

I thought this was the board where Jumbo gives his favorite GPS coordinates.

I'll have to admit, I suck at catching fish, but I can talk smack with the best of them. Hopefully that's enough to keep me on board!
